I came across this poem and thought I would share.
This is the beginning of a new day. I have been given this day to use as I will.
I can waste it, or use it. I can make it a day long to be remembered for its joy, its beauty and its achievements, or it can be filled with pettiness.
What I do today is important because I am exchanging a day of my life for it.
When tomorrow comes this day will be gone forever, but I shall hold something which I have traded for it.
It may be no more than a memory, but if it is a worthy one I shall not regret the price.
I want it to be gain not loss, good not evil, success not failure.

Break Free of the Daily Grind
Each and every day most people wake up and go to work. They sit in rush hour traffic and just wish that just once they would not have to travel the slow road getting to work. Perhaps you are not happy with your job any longer and feel as though you are on a treadmill . If this is you and you just want to break free than you need to pick up your feet and get moving.
There are many things that you can do to solve your dilemma. You may want to look for a job that is closer to your home and is something that you would enjoy. These may be hard to come by but it is possible .
Of course, there is also the dream of being your own boss and having your own rules. This can be accomplished by starting your own business in something that you like doing. Another option is finding a business that you can work online from your home. Although there are many different opportunities to work from home, you want to make money and not lose it so be very careful about the ones you decide to go for.All businesses need time and effort there is no magic pill to making money from home. You normally need to make some financial investment.
All in all, it does take some work to make your dream come true of being your own boss or finding a new job that you enjoy. They say that nothing comes easy and you have to work hard in order to accomplish your dreams. Even though this is true, you should not let it stop you from trying and accomplishing what you are wanting to do. All of these things are possible and you can make them a reality. It is time to let go of the depression, insecurities or the just plain procrastinating laziness that is holding you back from living the life that you want to live and fulfilling your dreams of a great life with your family.You DESERVE it!

Create An Empowering Environment
You can create an empowering environment by gathering people around you who will empower you on your journey towards your vision. Make a list of who these people are in your life? Who are the people that always seem to believe in you no matter what? Who are the ones around you that keep saying "well done" or "I know you can do it"? These are the people you need close to you.
When you think about it, these people are great people We may take it for granted sometimes, but the fact that they always back you up, listen to your aspirations without prejudice and maybe dream big with you and/or try to help, is truly amazing and thoughtful. , You need to inspire them in return. It is important to acknowledge these people around you.
You need to make sure they know that you appreciate their support and inspiration. Make an effort to tell your partner, mum, friend or whoever inspires you how much it means to you that they believe in you. They will feel appreciated and empowered in return. Keep inspiring each other!
